One person knows your place from ice-out to ice-in. Billed in three parts, when each is done.

The person, not a company.

Dale has lived on the lake road for twenty-two years. He plowed for the town, he's opened and closed camps since before the bypass, and he knows which chimney in your cove draws wrong in a north wind.

  • Insured and bonded. The paper's in the truck if you'd like to see it.
  • He'll meet the plumber, the electrician, the delivery. You don't drive up for a forty-minute appointment.
  • If something's wrong he calls first, then texts the picture, then tells you what he'd do.
  • Fourteen camps on the list. He keeps it under twenty, on purpose.
